Nashville, TN (July 31, 2001) – Remarketing Solutions announced today several management changes at Transport Solution, formerly Auction Transport Inc., and at Inspection Solution. Koleen Phipps has been promoted to general manager of Transport Solution, succeeding Dick Miller who retired. Howard Propst has been named assistant general manager/operations manager of Transport Solution. Tracey Robertson has been promoted to operations manager of Inspection Solution.

Koleen Phipps
Phipps has been with Remarketing Solutions since 1985 when she joined Auction Transport Inc. as an accounts receivable clerk. In 1986, she was named office manager. Two years later, Phipps was promoted to controller. In 1991, Phipps was named vice president/business manager, a position she held for 10 years until being named general manager. Prior to joining Remarketing Solutions, Phipps served as a title clerk at Metro Auto Action in Lee’s Summit, Mo. Phipps graduated from Longview Community College with an associate’s degree in applied science-accounting.

Howard Propst
Propst joined Remarketing Solutions in November 2000 as dispatch/logistics manager of Auction Transport Inc., a position he held until being named assistant general manager/operations manager. Prior to joining the company, he served as transportation manager at 166 Auto Auction in Springfield, Mo., for six years. Before that, Propst operated his own trucking company for 15 years.

Tracey Robertson
Tracey Robertson has been with the company since 1984, when she joined as office manager of Auction Transport Inc. In 1985, she began handling dispatching, licensing and permitting. In 1987, she again served as office manager. Six years later, Robertson was named controller, a position she held until April 2000, when she was promoted to operations manager of Auction Transport Inc. Prior to joining Remarketing Solutions, she worked at Metro Auto Auction in Caledonia, Wis., for six years, learning all aspects of the transport business.
