We have both fixed locations and a mobile fleet of certified inspectors to accommodate your lessee’s needs. Busy, working families don’t have to worry about scrambling to an inspection facility after work. Our mobile inspectors can come to them.

We also have a competitive advantage by virtue of our fixed inspection service. Your lessee can bring your vehicle to us. Scheduling for both our fixed site and mobile inspections takes place in our customer care center. At that time, we educate consumers about the return process. The lessee knows that he is going to leave his vehicle and will need a ride home. He knows that windshield damage, irregular tire tread depth, and dings and scratches are all potential charges for damage. He knows that he should either have the vehicle repaired before he brings the vehicle in, or expect to pay for the damages.

Not only will we inspect the vehicle, but we will also collect funds for excess wear and tear - we accept all major credit cards and personal checks. We can get all the pertinent documents signed and coordinate the transport of the vehicle to an auction you specify. You don’t have to initiate a pick-up.

If you like, you can visit our fixed locations. Walk around and see how we work. Get a look at how we pinpoint damage. Our unbiased inspectors make no determination of the price that’s associated with the damage of the vehicle. Our computer system automatically associates the estimated repair time and parts cost to provide you with standardized results. For example, if you have the same vehicle inspected in New Jersey and in California, you would end up with virtually the same condition report on that vehicle. For your convenience, condition reports are also posted on our web site.
