Bailey, PhD has combined professional experiences in private sector and public sector industry and higher education. Currently based in Atlanta, GA, Dr. Bailey provides a variety of clients with training services in all aspects of human resources management and development, including conflict management and the secret of influence/motivation. She has served as a full-time faculty member for various colleges and universities, teaching economics, management and leadership, research methodology, statistics, and presentation skills. She served as an adjunct on-line educator for two national education institutions. Dr. Bailey completed her doctoral studies at Georgia State University with a degree in Higher Education and she has completed all doctoral coursework in Industrial Relations. She serves as a third party neutral in Georgia, and did serve on the Board of Directors of the Midlands Mediation Network in SC. Since 1996, Dr. Bailey has served as a keynote speaker or a seminar/workshop leader over 125 times throughout the United States. In January 2002, Dr. Bailey created an Atlanta-based business radio show, To The Point ® . Resume GARY BISHOP Gary Bishop has been an Associate Dean of Engineering Technologies, the Director of two Advanced Technology Centers, an Assistant Dean of Continuing Education, and the Director of a Workforce Development Center. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (BS) and a graduate of Central Michigan University (MA). Gary has served on several boards in North Carolina and South Carolina, including the South Carolina Apprenticeship Roundtable and the South Carolina Governor's Quality Forum where he served two years as the Chairman of the Annual Quality Awards Conference. Since 1993, he has been an active leader with the National Coalition of Advanced Technology Centers (NCATC), serving as the President and CEO (2002).
