The Plaza is located atop the Grand Prix Stadium, and it actually encompasses the entire front portion of the stadium complex. The Plaza area is most often used for auto shows, product demonstrations, festivals, barbeque competitions, corporate outings and many more exciting events. The Plaza is also utilized as the spectator services area for concerts, offering extensive food and beverage outlets, ample restroom facilities, payphones and an automated teller machine.

With approximately 147,000 square feet located within the main ticket gates, the Plaza can accommodate very large events. For example, the Plaza is home to the Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival, one of the southeast's premier international festivals. With over 400 arts & crafts and international food vendors, the Cherry Blossom Festival attracts some 40,000 visitors each year for this one-day event. The Plaza also hosts the Goodguys Dixie National Rod & Custom Show each spring featuring over 1,500 custom cars and exhibits attracting 30,000 visitors.

The Plaza is situated at the front gate of the Georgia International Horse Park, and it is served by six gravel parking areas located within easy walking distance.
